At 9:15PM, McCain leads Obama by 30,000. But Norfolk, Newport News, Virginia Beach, and Fairfax (which is itself 14% of total Virginia vote) haven't posted at all. Fairfax is DC area and Democrat country.
Funny enough, Lynchburg, a solid-solid Republican area, Obama is carrying it. Amazing, especially since until 15 years ago or so, the local high school used "Dixie" as the school song!
