The polls in Ohio, Georgia, South Carolina, and West Virginia just closed.
The first round of results came in and I hate to see them. The first less than one percent showing was McCain 53% and Obama 46%, or 411,000 to 368,000. Its been my general experience that once a candidate gets a lead, its a runaway.
A lady on CBS just said that CBS was calling Kentucky and West Virginia for McCain and the McCain camp said that its good news because it shows that he IS connecting with white working-class voters. Of course he is. Especially in those two states that bought into those false smear chain emails.
