Put Out the Fire

I've remained somewhat quiet this primary season.
Seeing how there is but one actual Democrat running for the nomination, it's clear who I support.
Secretary Clinton has spent her entire political life building behind the scenes coalitions to make real progress.
Not just vote against everything as a way to promote a fantasy socialist agenda, then take credit when portions of legislation fail.
The bigger picture.  That's what the Independent Senator from Vermont refuses to see.  Which is why in nearly 30 years in Congress (which by any standards would qualify as 'establishment') the supporter of Fidel Castro socialism has been one of two of the most ineffective members of Congress.
In our democratic republic, incremental change is what makes us great.  Tempered moderation and a little give and take.
It's time Democrats send this geriatric, unsuccessful, delusional man with obvious early signs of dementia (based solely on his insistence he still, or ever, has a chance to win the nomination) back to his beloved maple syrup-loving state of Vermont and allow the responsible adults who have worked to bring about a better America proceed to a November victory.
Go home Bernard!
