It's nearly impossible to keep up with all the ways DonJohn and his cronies are finding at "making America great again," but I will report the Fuhrer signed yesterday an executive order banning Muslims from seven nations (not surprisingly no nation where he has business ties) and has successfully stripped this once great nation of the long standing honor of being a refuge from oppression and as a bastion of freedom the world over.
Him, Conway, and Bannon, especially Bannon, MUST be stopped at any cost.

DonJohn Watch Day Four

Where to begin?
While continuing to harp about the size of his. . . Inauguration, his Fuhrer DonJohn continues claiming, totally falsely, that five million people voted illegally in the 2016 election, presumably meaning they voted against him.
How does he know?
He just does.
He even sent his lackey Sean Spicer out to confirm that belief.
I no longer think we're living in an alternate universe with alternative facts.
I know we are.

DonJohn Watch: Day 3

Sean Spicer, DonJohns press secretary and communications director, used his first official press briefing to scold the press for telling the truth, or lying as he called it, about the dismal, record low turnout for his Daddy's Urinaugural. Dictators usually don't like it when their lies are challenged.
Then, this morning, his Nutcracker soldier, hack pollster Kellyanne Conway, informed Chuck Todd on NBC that Spicy, the same man who defended former Rep. Mark Foley, a Florida Republican who was sending nudes to underage boys, was presenting, now I can't make this shit up, "alternative facts" during the briefing. Todd rightly informed her those were falsehoods, at which point she pivoted to Obama.
Again, this stuff would be rejected by every publishing house in the world of presented as a work of fantastical fiction as being unbelievable.

DonJohn Watch: Day Two

Last night the man holding the Oval Office hostage began his tenure by signing an executive order screwing hundreds of thousands of American mortgage holders and creating hundreds of millions for big banks.
Further, The White House website has removed all mention of LGBTQ rights, civil rights, and healthcare.
He also added links to trophy wife Melanoma's made in China costume jewelry on QVC.

The Last Day

We're in the last two days of the administration of President Barack Obama and in the waning hours of our democracy.
A charlatan and phony of epic proportions is about to be sworn in as President of this country I so loved.
I say be damned every soul that voted for or supported this megalomaniac and the entire Republican Party.
I feel no shame or guilt saying that death would be fitting for them and refreshing for those of us fighting for the rights of those they try to keep down.
Thank you, President Obama for the courage you exhibited fighting eight years those that saw you as less than because of the color of your skin, and for being a bigger and better man when they vowed to stop and fight anything you wanted to do, setting the tone that it's important we graciously adhere to during their reign of terror.

Whatever this movement becomes, we must always fight for those forgotten, defend those oppressed, and resist at all costs the tyrannical, right-wing, religious conservative Republicans as they spend their waning hours of existence lying, cheating, misleading and stealing at every chance they create.
They've declared war on the real majority.

Violence in Chicago

2016 was one of the bloodiest and deadliest years for the city of Chicago. There were more gang related deaths in Chicago this past year than in New York and Los Angeles combined.
I can't help but make the observation that Chicago demolished, relocated and transplanted residents from Cabrini-Green projects over the past few years.
The scramble for gang territory because of gentrification of former areas once housing lower income families is undoubtedly to blame, in my opinion.
