The REPUBLICAN Party of tRump, McConnell and Roy Moore.

The Republican Party is the biggest sham in the history of America.
They claim to be lower taxes, reducing the deficit, individual rights. Yet when in power, their only objectives are opposite those principles. They shouldn't be allowed to continue to propose their platform contains any of those things.
And as evident in Alabama, the notion they're moral and Christian is patently wrong. The truth is, they're anti-lgbtq. Nothing else. Child molestation is fine. Corruption is fine. Bigotry and racism, no problem. If Roy Moore fucked a 14 year old boy, they'd have hung him themselves.
The entire bunch of them have no patriotism or American loyalty; they're simply interested in making millions for their own pockets and pretending they're the holder of high ethical standards and values.

Democratic Resurgence

Yesterday, Americans from New Jersey to Seattle, Virginia to Minneapolis, rejected the hateful, duplicitous, untruthful lies of DonJohn the Con and the Republican Party.
It is important to remember this same passion in December in Alabama when Doug Jones attempts to defeat Roy 'Racist' Moore for the US Senate seat formerly held by perjurer and current US Attorney General and possibly former slave owner Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III.
Even more it's important to keep this anger and passion next year in the midterms. If Virginia can flip 15 seats to Democrats even though they're gerrymandered, we can easily take both houses of Congress in 2018.
Further, Joe Biden needs to be the next president of the United States and bring back integrity, fairness and decency to the White House, something we've been devoid of since late January.
Congratulations to all the Democratic winners yesterday.

Mueller Time

It was confirmed today that special prosecutor (conveniently called special counsel by the GOP) will hand down the first indictment in the verified collusion between the tRump campaign and the Russian government to interfere with American election of 2016.
I will not be satisfied until everyone involved in it, including the vice president are in prison.

Charlottesville Massacre or tRumps Waterloo

America was once a great land where our right to stand up to oppression and hate was welcomed. Oh wait, the white in control have never given in easily.
Today, in Charlottesville, Virginia, a member of white supremacists groups rammed a Dodge charger into a crowd of people, so far killing one and injuring nearly two dozen.
These people bragged today about fulfilling the promise of tRump claiming they were 'taking their country back.'
Make no mistake, these groups whose sole purpose is to harm, injure, kill or weaken anyone not fitting their inbred model, must be eliminated by any means necessary.
They're playing Putin's pawn and are too ignorant to see it.
Jeff Sessions is one of them and tRump has Miller, Bannon and Gorka in the White House, white nationalists, and will do nothing to curb this violence.
The GOP protects them and has remained silent and it's time to wake up.
The lesser witted among us are unable to see a dictatorial regime as it takes over until it's too late and the religious right and gun lobby has spent three plus decades creating divides and birthing these disgusting imbeciles.
My heart goes out to those who lost their lives and loved ones and to the ones who were injured. There's a special place in the hereafter for those who tirelessly performed cpr on the young lady who was dying.

Late yesterday, the Wall Street Journal announced the impaneling of a grand jury by Special PROSECUTOR Robert Mueller.
The Nazis of the GOP are in full force today, calling themselves to become armed.
Former slave owner and current attorney general Jefferson Beauregard Sessions III today announced he's going after leakers of information because, "free press isn't unlimited."
Well Jeffy, indeed it is.
If you give up the second amendment, we'll talk about limiting the press.

White House communications director and press secretary Sean Spicer has resigned at the moment tRump appointed Anthony Scaramucci as communications director.
The dominoes are starting to fall and the single biggest threat to our republic is running scared.
DonJohn the Con must be stopped at any cost.
We owe it to our forefathers and everyone who has fought on the battlefields or through public service.

DC Baseball Shooting

Violence is not the answer. My thoughts go to those shot early this morning while practicing for the Congressional charity baseball game, including the two brave Capitol Police officers who shot the assailant.
That said, when you vote to take away health care from over 23 million Americans simply out of spite and malice toward President Obama, is it supposed to be ok that that isn't an act of violence?

"Quiet down, Girls" and Trickle-Down Brownback in Kansas

The less-than-Honorable Senator Richard Burr of North Carolina pulled out his penis and asserted his male dominance today over California Junior Senator Kamala Harris, chastising her for not being “courteous” to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein during his unwillingness to directly answer the question she had asked him.
This type of male, right-wing tactic plays well with their base. “Put the woman in her place” and “He showed him” mantras are certainly in the households of those that have been brain-washed into believing anything the Republicans are doing is for them.
Mitch McConnell, perhaps the most destructive American politician in history, did something similar to Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) earlier this year. But if you will notice, a clear pattern begins emerging. The male Republican senators have no problem with opening “talking-down to” the female Senators. I will note, they would not have done this with former Maryland Senator Barbara Mikulski- for some reason the male senators did either fear or respect her.
It’s also interesting to note that the two Senators who were silenced by the alpha-male carriers of Republican propaganda were from decidedly liberal states, California and Massachusetts, so there’s that, too.
In the past, I would have been against retribution, but when the Democrats regain control of the Senate, I am not in favor of them treating the GOP in the same manner in which they’ve been treated. We see that cooperation is something the GOP is NOT interested in; they only want to gain power to be able to say the Democrats are not willing.
They’ve been obstructionists for the past ten years, the GOP, and now that they have complete control of the federal government and control most of the statehouses, they have either no clue how to govern or never had any intention of doing so. Either way, it’s clear to even the blindest and most partisan of us that they are idealess toward anything that will actually help Americans.
And with their tax plan, it should be clear by looking at what happened in Kansas today. Governor Brownback introduced a new form of perennially proven unsuccessful ‘trickle-down economics’ there a few years back, when the state had a surplus of around $800 million dollars. Today, after the failure once again of an economic theory as tactical as carrying water with a sieve, the actual ruling party, and the Governor’s own, overrode his veto and rid the state of his disastrous tax plan, one I might add they fully supported. The state today is in debt nearly $5.3 billion! BILLION! Yeah, trickle down works.

Global leadership takes a lot, but first you must show up.
tRump deferred to white nationalist and monumentally unqualified Steve Bannon rather than every country in the world except Syria and Nicaragua (who says it doesn't go far enough).

Politics, Pleasure and Scandal: The Nick Giuliani Story in the works

Politics, Pleasure and Scandal: The Intriguing Parables of Nick Giuliani, a novel I've worked on, written, scrapped, rewritten and now in redux, should be released sometime in early 2018.
In the grand tradition of potboiling storytellers like Harold Robbins, Sidney Sheldon and Jackie Collins, my hope has always been to bring a good story of man, spirit, success and demons back to books. We become wrapped in trying to be too literary or too commercial and telling a story has often been lost.
My intentions are to let the reader escape and if they take something away from my story, or if they find themselves wondering what the characters are doing once they've finished the book, then I've been successful in my purpose.

There is an age old battle of science vs. religion.
It shouldn't exist, but those claiming religion insist on it.
Why?
Because they have never won.
Faith is not fact. It is a belief. And beliefs vary. I believe lobster is better than fish. But it's not a fact.
The sooner the pushers of religion stop putting themselves into a category they have no business in, the better the entire world will be and peace will finally be given a chance.

I hear a lot of self proclaimed progressives these days out there bashing the Democratic left with equal fervor as they do the religious conservative right. They stand on their soapboxes under the guise of making progress. I was driving today, a place where a good deal of my best thoughts occur, and was struck with this thought. They have strong, immobile principles and thoughts, most of which are noble and just, but they're often unwilling to compromise to even move one inch forward.  Action speaks volumes about moving ahead toward goals. My thoughtful conclusion to the powwow in my brain was this original thought: You can stand on principle or walk toward progress.

A Redirect of Blame Is Coming, and Death of Roger Ailes

It's important I say this now.
With the appointment of special counsel and the inevitability of DonJohn the Con's removal from office.
Donald Trump will soon try to redirect the attention to Secretary Clinton by ordering another review of either the phony email story or the Benghazi fable.
He must keep stoking the fire to keep the uneducated and ignorant base now that he's lost all Indepedents or Hillary haters.
Again, he will start using phony stories, conspiracy theories and campaign lies to make people believe he's better than she was.
He's not.
History will remember him as the single biggest joke in American history and a pus filled pimple of the good face of American democracy.
Also: Roger Ailes died this morning. I'm a bleeding heart liberal and a compassionate human, but his death brings me great joy, because he did more damage to our nation than many of the dictators we've killed over the past few years ever have. Ailes was a cancer on real freedom and I'm happy he's no longer around to spread.

Let this serve as a bullet point in the eventual removal, impeachment, arrest and/or resignation of the single darkest blot on American democracy since slavery.

100 Days of Nothing, Or Laying the Foundation for Ruin

In the history of the United States, we have never had someone so inept, incapable, and insane holding the office of President.
DonJohn the Con's first 100 days as fraudulently 'elected' President have been filled with lies, showy glitz of nothingness, and undoing policies set forth to protect Americans and to prevent economic collapse.

Dental Renovation

Why have I been silent?
There are entirely too many lies, cover-ups, deceit, fabrications, and acts of treason within the administration of DonJohn the Con that it would become a full-time job to chronicle them.
Sessions act of perjury regarding his contact with the Russian government during the election is but the latest in what's turning out to already be the most corrupt administration our nation has ever seen.
Jefferson Beauregard Sessions must be fired and prosecuted and jailed!

It's nearly impossible to keep up with all the ways DonJohn and his cronies are finding at "making America great again," but I will report the Fuhrer signed yesterday an executive order banning Muslims from seven nations (not surprisingly no nation where he has business ties) and has successfully stripped this once great nation of the long standing honor of being a refuge from oppression and as a bastion of freedom the world over.

Where to begin?
While continuing to harp about the size of his. . . Inauguration, his Fuhrer DonJohn continues claiming, totally falsely, that five million people voted illegally in the 2016 election, presumably meaning they voted against him.
How does he know?
He just does.
He even sent his lackey Sean Spicer out to confirm that belief.
I no longer think we're living in an alternate universe with alternative facts.

DonJohn Watch: Day 3

Sean Spicer, DonJohns press secretary and communications director, used his first official press briefing to scold the press for telling the truth, or lying as he called it, about the dismal, record low turnout for his Daddy's Urinaugural. Dictators usually don't like it when their lies are challenged.
Then, this morning, his Nutcracker soldier, hack pollster Kellyanne Conway, informed Chuck Todd on NBC that Spicy, the same man who defended former Rep. Mark Foley, a Florida Republican who was sending nudes to underage boys, was presenting, now I can't make this shit up, "alternative facts" during the briefing. Todd rightly informed her those were falsehoods, at which point she pivoted to Obama.
Again, this stuff would be rejected by every publishing house in the world of presented as a work of fantastical fiction as being unbelievable.

Further, The White House website has removed all mention of LGBTQ rights, civil rights, and healthcare.

The Last Day

We're in the last two days of the administration of President Barack Obama and in the waning hours of our democracy.
A charlatan and phony of epic proportions is about to be sworn in as President of this country I so loved.
I say be damned every soul that voted for or supported this megalomaniac and the entire Republican Party.
I feel no shame or guilt saying that death would be fitting for them and refreshing for those of us fighting for the rights of those they try to keep down.
Thank you, President Obama for the courage you exhibited fighting eight years those that saw you as less than because of the color of your skin, and for being a bigger and better man when they vowed to stop and fight anything you wanted to do, setting the tone that it's important we graciously adhere to during their reign of terror.

Violence in Chicago

2016 was one of the bloodiest and deadliest years for the city of Chicago. There were more gang related deaths in Chicago this past year than in New York and Los Angeles combined.
I can't help but make the observation that Chicago demolished, relocated and transplanted residents from Cabrini-Green projects over the past few years.
The scramble for gang territory because of gentrification of former areas once housing lower income families is undoubtedly to blame, in my opinion.
